What does Clark Haven sell?

Clothing and shoes for women and men: blazers and suits, matching sets, knitwear, blouses, dresses, trousers and jeans, coats and jackets, and everyday footwear.

How long does order processing take?

We process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, except holidays). Including delivery, expect your order 7–10 business days after you place it.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, within 24 hours of ordering. Email sales@clarkhaven.com with your order number and the correct address. After that, the order may already be in processing and we can't guarantee a change.

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item that's unworn, unwashed and still tagged. Everything is explained in the Refund Policy.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email sales@clarkhaven.com with your order number, the item and what you'd like to do. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't post an item back until we've replied.

Is there a restocking fee?

No. We don't charge restocking fees on eligible returns or exchanges.

Where do your orders ship from?

From our fulfillment partner's warehouse overseas. Our business address is in Brooklyn, New York, and we deliver only within the United States for a flat $6.99 per order.

When will I receive my refund?

Within 10 business days after your return arrives and passes inspection, back to the original payment method.

Which payment methods can I use?

The ones listed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards. All charges are in US dollars.

Is paying on your website secure?

Yes. Checkout runs over an encrypted connection and payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors; we never see your full card details.

How do I cancel my order?

Email sales@clarkhaven.com as soon as you can. We can cancel orders that haven't started processing.
