Clark Haven is for people who want to look pulled together on an ordinary Tuesday, not just on special occasions.

Who we are

We're an online clothing and shoe store for women and men. Tailoring sits at the center of the collection: single- and double-breasted blazers, blazer-and-trouser suits, pleated skirt sets and knit two-piece sets that take the guesswork out of an outfit. Around them are the pieces that fill a working week, like soft cardigans and turtlenecks, draped blouses, a lapel-collar dress, high-waisted trousers and jeans, and coats for the colder months. Shoes range from Mary Janes and cushioned boots to loafers, derbies and retro sneakers. About three quarters of what we sell is womenswear; the men's side covers overcoats, puffers, quarter-zips, pleated trousers and everyday shoes.

Where we're based and how orders reach you

Clark Haven's business address is 7 Glenmore Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. Our products are not stocked there: every order is packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner from its warehouse overseas, which keeps our prices lower than they would otherwise be. The trade-off is time. Orders take 7–10 business days to arrive, each one is tracked from dispatch to your door, and we ship only within the United States.

What we look for in a piece

Structure where it counts and softness everywhere else. A blazer should hold its shape; a sweater should feel good against the skin; a matching set should work both together and as separates. We also look for colors that are easy to live with, such as navy, black, beige, grey and white, alongside a few brighter options for people who want them.

What we care about

Getting the fit right. All clothing is sized in US letters and all shoes in US sizes, and our Size Chart lists the measurements behind them. Tailored pieces are the hardest to buy online, so if you're between sizes, write to us before ordering.

Comfort through a full day. Stretch in the waistband, cushioned footbeds, knits that don't itch. We mention these details in each product description so you know what to expect.

Straightforward prices. Everything is priced in US dollars, shipping is a flat $6.99 per order, nothing extra is added at checkout, and you have 30 days from delivery to return an item.
